You can move between these progressive programs as you become more fit & as your goals change.
Our 5k and 10k programs are 8 weeks long and include 3 runs/week.
Our half marathon program is 10 weeks long and includes 3 runs/week with an optional 4th day for the intermediate and advanced programs.
