Nutrition and Fitness Services


At ACE Fitness Center, we offer different types of training to fit the needs of each person’s individual fitness goals.

Personal Training

Personal training consists of working in a private one-on-one setting with a personal trainer. Your trainer will begin by taking an in-depth look at your current fitness levels and will build a challenging program that will continuously stimulate the body and inspire you to progress. We work with people of all ages and abilities. Each session will be supervised by the trainer and the workout will be tailored specifically to each person’s individual fitness goals.

Boot Camp Classes

You will receive a one month/ two workout per week program. The workouts will include proper warm-up and mobility, strength training, and cardiovascular training. You can perform the workouts on your own or under trainer supervision at designated times. Any questions about the program can only be answered during the trainer designated times. You will receive your workouts for the month on a piece of paper. It’s your responsibility to record your progress. The trainer will review and make recommendations. Add general membership for an extra $20 per month.

Boot Camp Class Times:
Monday/Wednesday – 5:00pm
Monday/Wednesday – 6:00pm
Tuesday/Thursday – 6:00am
Tuesday/Thursday – 9:00am

Saturday 6:00am and 7:00 am. This is a bonus class for those who want to get an extra workout in each week. It’s $10/class and you must reserve your spot in advance. Class size is limited to 6 people.

Strongman/Powerlifting Group- Saturdays at 9AM

This group meets once a week and consists of men & women who compete in or would like to compete in Strongman or Power-lifting competitions. Each week we will go over different events and techniques of the Strongman and Power-lifting sports. This group meets every Saturday at 9 am. For more information, please stop in or call. Must have a lifting background and currently be in a strength training program.

Group Training

Training in a group gives you the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a great value. Group training is offered to people who want to train together in a group of 2-6 people. The group will be supervised and put through a workout by the trainer and each workout will be tailored to the fitness goals of the individuals in the group.

Athlete Development

This is for the student athlete that wants to excel in his/her sport. Training will consist of injury prevention, strength training, power/explosiveness, endurance, and flexibility. This program will also get an athlete ready for strength and conditioning at the college level. This can be one-on-one with a trainer or in a small group of their peers.
